Three Rivers RC&D Council is a 501(C)3 non-profit organization formed in 1993. In 2001, the Council received Authorization from the USDA Secretary of Agriculture. Three Rivers RC&D Council is lead locally by Soil and Water Conservation District Supervisors and County Commissioners from the nine county area that is served by the Council. The Three Rivers RC&D Council serves the Minnesota Counties of Blue Earth, Brown, Faribault, Le Sueur, Martin, Nicollet, Sibley, Waseca, and Watonwan.

Vision

Our vision for the Three Rivers RC&D area is a strong, prosperous economy that provides diverse economic opportunities for all citizens; while maintaining a sustained natural resource base and a quality environment with a well educated, healthy citizenry that contribute to the capacity of viable, safe communities. Our mission is to provide facilitation and services to help local people and communities achieve economic, natural and human resource development through cooperative efforts.
